Dark Film Noir Classic Movie
Posters
The 1940s 1950s saw some of the greatest film
noir films ever produced. Some were A pictures on a
bigger budget, but there were many film noir films made
on a much smaller budget.
Who can forget the some of
the great film noir movies such as Niagara with Marylin Monroe
and Joseph Cotton or films like the Asphalt Jungle or one of my
favorites of all time was 1944's Laura, with Gene Tienry and
Dana Andrews. These were not exactly B pictures but there were
others that were lower budget that have stood the test of time
well.
Moody, dark and great fim noir were
titles like The Blue Gardenia or
I Wake Up Screaming
or Nightmare Alley.
The Dark Corner with Clifton Webb, Mark
Stevens and Lucille Ball
Here we see a very different Lucille Ball than the one most
audiences would come to know on the TV comedy, I Love Lucy. I
watched this cloak and dagger film noir several times and
really enjoyed it. Great film.

great film noir classic posters.
